Castillo Copper Ltd (ASX:CCZ, LSE:CCZ) has appointed Jack Sedgwick as interim executive director following the resignation of managing director Dr Dennis Jensen.
Sedgwick will assume responsibility for day-to-day operations and strategic intent and will take on the role immediately.
Future Metals NL (ASX:FME, AIM:FME) said it intends to appoint Patrick Walta as executive chairman as the company continues the development of the Panton PGM project.
The appointment of Walta, a qualified metallurgist and mineral economist best known for his time at New Century Resources, will follow the annual shareholder meeting next month.
Bloomsbury Publishing PLC (LSE:BMY) notched another Nobel Prize for Literature win after Norwegian playwright Jon Fosse took the prestigious award home on Thursday, 5 October.
Jon Fosse becomes the eighth Nobel Prize-winning writer from Bloomsbury’s imprint Methuen Drama, joining Peter Handke, Dario Fo, Toni Morrison, Wole Soyinka, Luigi Pirandello, John Galsworthy and George Bernard Shaw.
OKYO Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ:OKYO), the clinical-stage drug developer, told investors it has filed an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the development of OK-101 to treat Neuropathic Corneal Pain (NCP). 
According to the company, there is no FDA-approved drug to treat NCP, which remains a major unmet medical need for the ocular community. The trial provides the opportunity to establish OK-101’s potential to treat this condition, it added. 
Chill Brands Group PLC (LSE:CHLL, OTCQB:CHBRF), the CBD and smoking alternatives company, rallied 18% in early trading on Monday after it revealed a deal to sell its nicotine-free vapes in WH Smith PLC (LSE:SMWH) shops.
The agreement to stock the Chill ZERO vape products in around 150 of the retailer’s sites, mostly its travel stores located in railway stations or airports, comes at a time when vaping, particularly disposable products, is coming under fire from politicians.
