We are seeking to recruit an exceptional educator to become the founding Programme Director for a new MSc focusing on management and technological change. This offers an exciting opportunity to launch a distinctive programme and embed innovative pedagogies, experiential opportunities and authentic assessment into the curriculum. Furthermore, the role holder will engage with teaching innovations to shape and transform the learning experiences of our students and deliver outstanding graduate outcomes. We aim to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual with advanced interpersonal skills and an excellent track record in student engagement and pedagogic scholarship. This role is on our Academic Education Pathway (AEP), so the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to outstanding teaching and take a key role in the development of our educational programmes.
Please note that this appointment is on our Academic Education Pathway (AEP), and therefore candidates with limited evidence of excellence in their educational practice and knowledge of experiential learning and innovative pedagogic practice are unlikely to be shortlisted. This is an education-focused appointment and candidates will be expected to evidence impact in working with others to transform and enhance educational programmes within an HE context.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract and is available as a full-time opportunity (35 hours per week). Our core hours are 09:00 until 17:00, however we are open to flexibility within this, which can be discussed at the offer stage if you are successful.
